  • Shipping & Delivery

    Our online store only displays in stock artwork. Our art work will normally dispatch within 24hrs, you can expect to receive your order within 3- 10 working days. Your goods will be handled with utmost care and will be delivered to you carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed for delivery

    While we endeavor to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by our contracted carriers. We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery timeframe. However, to the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

    If more than one item is purchased in an order, the entire order will be shipped together and the shipping time should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order. Alternatively Act customers can arrange to pick up their goods directly by contacting us.

  • Returns & Replacements

    This Refund, Return and Policy are applicable to purchases made online only.

    At LUXURY ART we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

    We therefore recommend you read our Refund and Return Policy prior to you making a purchase from Luxury art, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, return and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from luxury art, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, correct quantity , not defective or damaged and match the description we have provided to you.     Change of mind

    We do not refund for simply change of mind or simply because you found another cheaper product elsewhere however. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the quality and product does not match our description to you we will refund you the purchase cost, less any delivery costs, after the return of said goods. , you must return the Product in a brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and original packaging within 14 working days of from the date of receiving the goods. We recommend in this case that you take transit insurance we will not replace or take any responsibility for any goods being damaged in transit while being returned to us by your choice of shipping agents. We will inspect all goods upon receiving them, if in their original state and saleable condition, we will refund the purchase cost in full. However if damaged there will be no refund, you must include a written description by email of the reason for the return. You will bear the associated return costs.

    Goods Damaged in Transit

    You must check the Products immediately on delivery to confirm they are not defective or damaged. If any damage pleases contact us at info@luxuryart.com.au as soon as possible within 3 days of receiving the artwork .Luxury art will arrange to have the damaged Art returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you.  Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be made by Luxury art via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived to us and have gone through inspection.

    Delivery Charges

    Where Luxury art considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Luxury art will be at Luxury art’s cost.

    Returns

    Damages must be notified within 3 days of receiving the goods and Goods must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receiving them.

  • PLACING/TRACKING/VIEWING ORDERS

    You can place all your orders on line .Upon placing an online order an automatic confirmation email will be mailed to. .For any enquiries please email sales@luxuryart.com.au or call our mobile. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to our shipping partner’s website. From there you can use the tracking code to track your package When an order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you and you can use your tracking number to trace and view your order at any time .
